Every VPS and dedicated plan now ships with SSD or HDD backup coverage as part of the base configuration, rather than as a paid add-on. This applies retroactively to existing accounts on eligible plans.

What's included

• Backup servers running SSD or HDD, matched to the drive type of your primary server.
• Coverage across every published tier, from Storage Micro through SSD Enterprise.
• No change to pricing on existing plans — backup coverage was folded into the base configuration.

Why we made this change

Backups shouldn't be optional for production workloads. Making backup coverage standard removes a common gap we saw in customer configurations, and gives every account a documented recovery path by default.
